Charles Joseph "Joe" Clark PC CC AOE (born June 5th, 1939) is a Canadian elder statesman, businessman, writer, and politician who served as Secretary-General of the United Nations in the aftermath of the Rwandan Genocide and Operation Messiah. Joe Clark was once a candidate for the leadership of the Progressive-Conservative Party of Canada, and was a Minister in the Stanfield and Mulroney governments.
