Saint John Shipbuilding is a Canadian shipbuilding company located at the east end of Courtney Bay in Saint John, New Brunswick that has been active since its founding in 1923. The company specialises in large naval rebuilds and construction, with dry dock facilities capable of accommodating supercarriers. It was responsible for the rebuilding of the aircraft carrier Eagle for service with the Canadian Forces, and the rebuilding of USS Forrestal into HMCS Warrior in the 1990s. It is also one of two companies contracted to develop and construct the Victorious-class supercarriers for the Royal Canadian Navy.
