Invincible-class Aircraft Carrier
From Canadian Power Wiki
The Invincible-class aircraft carriers are a class of four light carriers in the Royal Navy and Portuguese Navy from 1980 through 2020. The vessels were built as aviation-capable anti-submarine warfare (ASW) platforms to counter the Cold War North Atlantic Soviet submarine threat, and initially embarked Sea Harrier aircraft and Sea King HAS.1 anti-submarine helicopters. All three RN Invincible-class carriers are expected to be decommissioned between 2016 and 2020.
